Exchanges and returns:
Products ordered from our online shop have a 14-day right of return. The products must be in their original packaging, fully unused, unwashed, whole and odour-free. They must have their original product IDs and labels.
Products purchased from our online shop cannot be exchanged. If you want to exchange a product you have ordered, you must return the product to our online shop by using the return instructions and make a completely new order for the product you want. Standard shipping costs will be added to the new order.
Returning products is free for you. If you return every product on your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
Please note that it usually takes 3–5 business days before your return arrives to the online shop. You will always receive an email notification when we have received your return.
Delivery time for an order is generally 5–7 business days. If your order is rushed, please contact our customer service, and we will check if the product you ordered is available for immediate shipping.
You will receive a notification by text message or email when your order can be picked up from the pick-up point you selected.
Orders are delivered to the pick-up point or parcel locker selected by the customer. Shipping within Finland is EUR 7.90 and to Sweden EUR 17.90.
We will refund for the products you have returned according to your payment method as soon as possible after your return has been received and processed.
If the returned product is damaged, used or otherwise not fit for resale, Tarina-Asu Oy is not liable to refund the purchase price of the product for the customer.
PARCELS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP:
Not picking up your order is not the same thing as returning it. If you want to cancel your order after it has already been shipped to you, please pick it up and return it to us by using our return instructions. If a shipment has not been picked up and it has been returned to the online shop because of the customer’s actions, we will charge the resulting extra packing, shipment and handling costs from the customer; in total EUR 12.
The customer is liable to carefully check the contents of the order, the condition of the products and the received quantity as soon as the order has been received.
If you have been delivered an incorrect product, an incorrect quantity or a faulty product, please inform us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone +358 (0)442829244 (business days 10 AM–3 PM) as soon as possible.
If a product is faulty, please attach a photo of the faulty product to youremail to make the processing faster. The photo must clearly show thefaulty area and which product it is.
The right of reclamation covers manufacturing errors.
Please note that the right of reclamation does not cover:
1.wear and tear from use
2.damage caused to the piece of clothing
3.damage caused by inappropriate or excessive use
considering the product’s purpose of use
4.damage caused by sweat etc.
5.normal discolouration caused by new fabric
6.damage caused by the use of the product or incorrect washing

Report a product defect We are responsible for manufacturing defects in the products after the 14 days above. However, check the product immediately upon receipt. If you encounter a flaw, please contact us immediately to correct the situation.
